How Mode Works

Mode.co.nz brings together a huge selection of clothing, footwear and accessories from numerous New Zealand fashion businesses, who make their products available online for you to purchase in one transaction from one website.

All customer service, payments and refunds are managed by us at Mode HQ - so you can shop with us like we were a single store knowing that your orders and questions are all taken care of. If your order contains items from more than one of our boutiques you will still make a single payment in a single transaction at checkout, however the parts of your order will arrive separately.

The Order Process

Step One: Browse and Buy at Mode.co.nz

Browse Mode.co.nz and add items to your shopping bag by clicking the 'Add to Bag' button that is on each product page. Once you have found the item(s) that you would like to purchase click on 'My Shopping Bag' in the top right hand corner and you will be taken to a page to review the items you have added to your bag. You can then 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter in your delivery and payment details. You can pay for your orders at Mode by Visa, Mastercard or Internet Banking.


Step Two: Your Order is Received by our Stores

Once your order is placed, the Mode stores that you ordered from receive notification and prepare your order for despatch.

All Mode stores are NZ owned and operated so your order is supporting local businesses.



Step Three: Your Order is Couriered to Your Door

All Mode orders are despatched from within New Zealand and are sent by courier. Delivery times typically take 1-3 work days to arrive. Individual items may arrive at different times if they are from different Mode Stores.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the items that you received, you can send them back to the appropriate store for an exchange, refund or Mode gift voucher. All refunds are processed by Mode.co.nz.
