All Mode orders are despatched from within New Zealand and are sent by courier. Individual items within your order may arrive at different times if they are from different Mode Stores. 

Urban delivery orders will generally take 1-3 working days to arrive.

Rural delivery orders will generally take 5-7 working days to arrive.

New Zealand Delivery

Delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout, costs start at $8.50 for individual items and delivery is free on orders over $200 (see below for details).

Free Delivery on New Zealand Orders Over $200

If you spend more than $200 in one purchase then your delivery cost will be free. However please note that this applies to completed orders only so there will be a freight cost deducted should an item be returned which brings your order total below 6;200.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the items that you received, you can send them back to the appropriate store for a refund or Mode gift voucher. Some exclusions can apply so please view our returns policy here

Australian Delivery

Delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout, costs start at $35.00 for individual store orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Australian orders.
