We have been reviewing our loyalty program and have decided to simplify things to ensure you can make the most of our reward system, and also to make sure the program is working for us :)

Starting from the 1 June 2022, we are removing the reward accumulations for $750 and $1000 and all rewards will be $25 per $500 spent - this is the same as our current reward for that level.


What will this mean for you?

Moving forward if you spend $500 to $999 within a 12 month period, you will receive 1 x $25 reward on your account.

If you spend $1000 or more in the 12 month period, you will receive 2 x $25 rewards on your account - 3 if you spend $1500 ... (yes, it does happen! :)

When you next shop with us, you will be able to redeem 1 x $25 reward off your next purchase, and the balance paid will be added to your account as usual.

We will be discontinuing the $50 and $75 reward from our system as they are no longer a viable option for our business.


So what do you need to do?

We recommend checking your current account balance and utilising any rewards that are available to you over and above the $25 reward, as from the 1 June 2022, we will no longer have $50 or $75 as redemption values on your points screen.

This does not mean that your points disappear, your balance will just convert into $25 rewards so if you have $560 on your account, you would see a $25 voucher available - the same goes for any balance up to $999. From $1000, you will have 2 x $25 rewards and so on.

So if your point balance is currently $750 and up, you may want to consider popping in for a shop before the 1st of June to make the most of the higher value vouchers available.
